Shipping Policy and Delivery Information

Some orders, such as custom orders and Wheel and Fastback Hard Tops, may experience a 10-14 business day delay prior to receiving tracking information on their orders. Most in-stock products ship out within 2 business days. Freight items and custom orders require additional time to prep orders for shipment.

Standard Delivery

All orders are shipped normal ground service via UPS or FedEx and cannot be sent to a PO Box. Delivery times will range from 10 to 14 business days depending upon your location.

FedEx and UPS no longer offer delivery to APO and FPO addresses. Unfortunately at this time we are not able to process orders shipping to APO and FPO addresses.

Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated to cover Standard Delivery shipping to the 50 United States. We offer extremely competitive shipping prices.

Lifted Off Road Products does not currently ship to any international locations or US territories including Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands

Freight Delivery

Over sized items such as hoods, wheels, hard tops, and audio dash bezels are shipped standard freight.

Delivery times will range between 2 to 6 weeks. Returns are not allowed on these items. We are not responsible for freight damages, so shipment must be thoroughly inspected before signing the receipt.

Lifted Off Road Products is unable to ship freight items to Alaska or Hawaii. Freight shipments must be shipped to the lower 48 contiguous states.

Shipment Tracking

Lifted Off Road Products sends an email with the tracking number for every order that is placed with a valid email address. If you have not provided an email address, you can simply call us at 1-855-LIFTED4 with your order number for tracking information.

Back Orders

While we do try to keep our website updated regarding out of stock items, occasionally an item is out of stock. If this happens you will be notified by either email or phone. If part of your order is on backorder, you may cancel that item at any time prior to shipment or choose to wait for the item. There are no additional shipping charges applied to backorder items.

Damaged Shipments

If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please call us within 72 hours of receipt and we will initiate a UPS claim for the item.

Please hold on to the original packaging and packing material because UPS, in most cases, will need to inspect the items. A UPS representative will contact you to set up a convenient time to inspect and pick up the package for return. If UPS does not come to inspect the package, or does not take it with them when they do come - please call us, and we will send you a UPS Return tag to send the damaged product back to us.

If you have not received your order even after the tracking shows it was delivered, contact us within 15 business days to start a UPS tracer.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

Packages will be returned to us by the carrier if they cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, are not picked up from a UPS facility, or if the recipient refuses delivery. All packages returned to us for the above reasons can take up to 3 weeks to be processed. We may charge you a 10% restocking fee at our discretion.
