Items must be deemed returnable by Lifted Off Road Products, LLC. Not all items are eligible for return. All Body Parts are sold "as is" without exceptions of any kind. Items which are ineligible for return include the following:
Special orders and body parts including Kevlar Coating.
Items or accessories which have been installed (unless you are making a manufacturer’s warranty claim).
Items damaged from freight shipment.
Items that have been modified in any way from their original condition.
For freight shipments, we recommend inspecting the shipment prior to signing for delivery. Lifted Off Road Products, LLC is not responsible for freight damages.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will provide you with an RMA number within 48 hours after we’ve determined an item is returnable.
All returns are subject to restocking fees. Defective items are excluded from restocking fees, and will be credited or replaced at our option.
All returned items must be in their original packaging (unless defective), and include all instructions, paperwork and parts which were originally included in the packaging, and must not be damaged or altered in any way.
For returns other than defective items, Lifted Off Road Products, LLC retains the right to deny the return and credit based on the condition of the returned item.
Once we issue the RMA number, the return must be received within 30 days of this date to receive credit. Returns received after the 30 day RMA issue date will not receive a credit, however the item will be returned to you if you pay the shipping charges.
Provide the Lifted Off Road Products customer service representative with your Order number and name.
When we determine that an item is returnable, we’ll contact the vendor and get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to you within 24 hours.
Once an RMA number has been created, we will notify you by email with information on where to ship the item(s).
Once the item is received, it will be inspected, the restocking fee will be determined and we will apply the appropriate amount to your credit card account. You will receive an email notification of the credit transaction. Credits are typically issued within 2 weeks of receipt of the returned item(s).
