Liftedoffroad.com currently only accepts credit cards that have been issued by an American based bank. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept International Cards at this time.
For international customers, we can offer the following two options:
All requests to change or cancel an order should be made over the phone with one of our representatives. Requests sent via email may not be received in time, and your order may ship. Please double check that your order is correct before clicking submit order.
An order that has already received tracking cannot be canceled. Please call us to set up a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) once your order has been received.
If you need to change the address on an order in transit with UPS, please call us. There will be a fee of $10 per package. Orders shipped with USPS cannot be changed while in transit.
Orders placed online after 4 p.m. Monday through Friday are transferred to our order processing system the next business day. Once received into our system, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
If you did not receive an order confirmation email from us please call us at 1-855-LIFTED4 and we can confirm that your order was placed and supply you with your order number. We can even send you a copy of your invoice via fax, email, or USPS mail.
Here are a few possible reasons why you might not have received an email from us:
Your order has not been approved until you receive a confirmation email from us (within 1 business day of placing your order). In some cases, additional verification is needed before your order can be accepted. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time.
If additional information is required, we will attempt to contact you via email or phone using the information you provided with your order. If we are unsuccessful in our attempts to contact you, your order may be refused or cancelled.

We are not obligated to, and do not, collect state-specific sales tax. Your purchase is subject to state use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Please note that the purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. The state requires that a taxpayer file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting and paying use tax on those purchases that are not specifically exempt from taxation where sales tax was not charged on the invoice.
